Alison Brooks and HTA to revamp Ealing estate
HTA and Alison Brooks Architects are part of a team picked to regenerate a rundown housing estate in west London.
The £560 million regeneration of the South Acton estate in Ealing will include a range of housing types and tenures ranging from one-bedroom apartments to five-bedroom family homes.
Ealing Council wants to reconnect the estate to the rest of the area with green spaces, parks and gardens and around 2,000 new homes.
HTA has been appointed masterplanner and lead architect with Alison Brookes as ‘character area architect’.
The scheme is being developed by Countryside Properties and London & Quadrant.
